Some time ago I entered the National Arts Program 1st Annual Virtual Open Exhibit and got notified today that I won 2nd place.
This was a pleasant surprise and this time it was a true National Art Contest and not just the regular local contest that I enter annually due to the pandemic so it makes it even more meaningful to me.
The show was open to all art media types, so I wasn’t just competing against other photographers, but other artists in all media types.
